Trophy House Engraving Policy
Trophy House is appreciative you have chosen us to personalize your products. Due to the sensitive nature of engraving, you must agree to the following guidelines prior to us engraving your products.
Trophy House is not responsible for customer-provided items damaged during the engraving process. We can not guarantee the result of engraving an item not purchased from Trophy House.
The customer accepts all risks associated with the engraving process including but not limited to: equipment malfunction/failure, power outage, operator error, etc.
In the event of an error on our part we will be limited to engraving a customer-provided replacement at no additional charge unless we deem the replacement item not suitable for engraving.
Engraving is a permanent process and changes may be impossible without damage or alteration to the item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any proofs provided are correct and acceptable.
Customer errors or changes will be engraved again at the original price.
Since the manufacture of customer-provided items, material consistency, wood grain patterns, wood colors, and finish types are out of our control, we are not responsible for variances in engraving results.
We reserve the right to reject any item presented for engraving upon inspection. If we are unsure of how an item will engrave, we will bring this to the customer’s attention prior to engraving. It is then at the customer’s own risk to have us proceed with engraving questionable items.
We reserve the right to refuse to engrave heirlooms, one-of-a-kind items, items of sentimental value, or otherwise considered high value by the customer.
